Position: Senior HR Recruiter

Mode: 100% Remote

Duration: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timing: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST

Compensation: ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy

Senior HR Recruiter

to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, along with hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Management Systems (HRMS). This role requires someone with excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills to efficiently manage the full recruitment cycle and HR operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage the

entire recruitment lifecycle

, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and issuing offer letters.Utilize

ATS platforms

for applicant tracking, resume parsing, candidate pipeline management, and recruitment analytics.Coordinate and conduct

smooth onboarding processes

, including documentation, induction sessions, and training setup.Maintain and update

employee records

in the

HRMS

, ensuring accuracy and data security.Assist in developing and implementing

performance management systems

and regular evaluation frameworks.Create and manage

training and development programs

tailored to organizational goals.Generate and maintain various

HR trackers, reports, and dashboards

for internal use and audits.Daily reporting to the Head of Department (HOD).Stay updated on

HR trends, compliance standards, and best practices

in remote work environments.

Required Skills

Proven experience in

HR recruitment (minimum 3 years)

, preferably in remote and high-volume hiring.Proficient in

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

and

Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)

.Strong command of

MS 365 tools

, Google Workspace, and HR software platforms.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.Immediate joiner preferred.
