Position: Sales Consultant GLI Mode: Onsite- Workafella building, Hi-tech city, Hyderabad, Full-time Experience: 1-2 Years Working Days: Mon-Fri, Saturday work from home Shift - 10 AM-7 PM IST Language: Hindi, English, Telugu Immediate joiners preferred Responsibilities: Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Schedule Appointments for Customers. Research Answers to Customer Questions-Customer service receptionists find answers to customer questions in an efficient manner. Diffuse Customer Complaints-Sometimes, customers call or come into the office and don't behave nicely. It is the responsibility of the customer service receptionist to keep a cool, calm demeanour and do everything in their power to diffuse the customer. This requires conflict resolution skills and the ability to think on one's feet. Organizing daily appointment schedules. Using conflict resolution skills to diffuse angry customers. Building positive rapport with clients. Entering new customer data and updating the information of existing customers. Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism and clear, articulate, grammatically correct English. Take accurate messages when necessary and transmit electronically to clients. Utilize web-based software applications to schedule appointments on behalf of clients. Function as an effective team member with colleagues to accurately serve the needs of our clients. Receiving calls and handling their grievances. Booking appointments for clients for office and zoom. Follow up on those clients after they have done the consultation. Achieving a daily target of 4 cases to be started. Taking phone or zoom consultations for clients. Following up on clients after consultation is done. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
