Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Shimla. The Sales Consultant will support customers in selecting Apple products, provide expert advice, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations, maintaining store displays, and delivering excellent post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales Consulting and an aptitude for achieving sales targets
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise with a customer-centric approach
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
Experience in Consulting and product recommendations
Passion for technology and Apple products, with the ability to stay updated on new features and launches
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous
