Research Answers to Customer Questions-Customer service receptionists find answers to customer questions in an efficient manner. Diffuse Customer Complaints-Sometimes, customers call or come into the office and don't behave nicely. It is the responsibility of the customer service receptionist to keep a cool, calm demeanour and do everything in their power to diffuse the customer. This requires conflict resolution skills and the ability to think on one's feet. Organizing daily appointment schedules. Using conflict resolution skills to diffuse angry customers. Building positive rapport with clients. Entering new customer data and updating the information of existing customers. Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism and clear, articulate, grammatically correct English. Take accurate messages when necessary and transmit electronically to clients. Utilize web-based software applications to schedule appointments on behalf of clients. Function as an effective team member with colleagues to accurately serve the needs of our clients. Receiving calls and handling their grievances. Booking appointments for clients for office and zoom. Follow up on those clients after they have done the consultation. Achieving a daily target of 4 cases to be started. Taking phone or zoom consultations for clients. This role demands a deep understanding of accounting principles applicable in both the United States and India. The Account Manager will support operational and strategic decisions by providing accurate financial reporting, auditing, and diligent execution of accounting duties. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform all accounting and tax-related services as required by the firm, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare financial statements reflecting the firm’s operations, including cash receipts, payables, miscellaneous expenses, and inventory accounting. Develop and implement a cost accounting system and recommend standards for a regular costing framework. Ensure full statutory compliance under all applicable laws in the United States and India. Maintain accurate books and records in line with U.S. and Indian financial regulations. Audit financial transactions to verify that income and expenses are properly booked and reported. Provide timely monthly and quarterly financial reports to the firm. Diligently complete all tasks assigned by the firm with attention to detail and professionalism. Answer and attend to all firm communications, including phone calls, in a timely and punctual manner.
