Job Description

Position Title: Relationship Manager(Legal Background plus)Mode: 100% RemoteContract: Full-timeWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayShift Timing: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM EST(4:30 PM- 1:30 AM IST)Experience: 2+ years

Roles And Responsibilities

Calling the existing clients for updates and reviews if they are happy with our services.
Carrying out new clients onbaroding and welcome procedures
Address any grievances or issues that clients might have and provide them with

solution

Taking new references and generating leads from the existing clients
Playing the role of an intermediary between case worker and the client.
Pacifying the angry clients and addressing their concerns by giving them necessary

updates

Helping them know about their upcoming hearings and helping them connect with the

right person (caseworker or the attorney)

Doing 70 to 80 calls everyday
The Firm may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the Service

Provider’s work and other general duties related to the growth of the firm.
