Position: Accounts Lead Location: Remote Schedule: Full time, Mon-Sat Timings: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (8 AM TO 5 PM EST) Experience: 2-4 years Compensation: 40-45k per month Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and accountable Accounts Lead to manage and oversee our financial records, reporting processes, compliance tasks, and statutory filings. This role demands a deep understanding of accounting principles applicable in both the United States and India. The Account Manager will support operational and strategic decisions by providing accurate financial reporting, auditing, and diligent execution of accounting duties. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform all accounting and tax-related services as required by the firm, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare financial statements reflecting the firm’s operations, including cash receipts, payables, miscellaneous expenses, and inventory accounting. Develop and implement a cost accounting system and recommend standards for a regular costing framework. Ensure full statutory compliance under all applicable laws in the United States and India. Maintain accurate books and records in line with U.S. and Indian financial regulations. Audit financial transactions to verify that income and expenses are properly booked and reported. Provide timely monthly and quarterly financial reports to the firm. Diligently complete all tasks assigned by the firm with attention to detail and professionalism. Answer and attend to all firm communications, including phone calls, in a timely and punctual manner.
