Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms (presentations, brochures, social media creatives, banners, posters, infographics, etc.). Develop marketing collaterals, pitch decks, investor presentations, and product visuals aligned with the companys brand identity. Collaborate with the marketing, communications, and product teams to create engaging visuals for campaigns, events, and product launches. Work on UI/UX elements for websites, dashboards, and product interfaces when required. Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials. Create mockups, illustrations, and animations for internal and external communication. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field. Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a startup, defence-tech, or technology-driven company. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma/Canva. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and ability to adapt to different styles. Good understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design. Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
