Management Trainee

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Support

Assist CXOs in planning, monitoring, and executing high-impact projects.

Prepare briefing notes, research reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Track progress of strategic initiatives and prepare MIS reports for weekly and monthly reviews.

2. Operational Excellence

Coordinate across departments (Operations, Production, Service, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment with CXOs directives.

Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and monitor execution of corrective measures.

Support drafting and implementation of SOPs, compliance documents, and performance reports.

3. Stakeholder Management

Act as a liaison between CXOs and internal/external stakeholders.

Draft professional communication, letters, MoUs, notices, and reports under guidance of CXOs.

Assist in investor relations, government interactions, and ecosystem collaborations.

4. Data & Research

Conduct industry, competition, and policy research to support strategic decision-making.

Analyse operational and financial data, providing concise summaries and recommendations.

5. Confidential Projects

Handle sensitive and confidential assignments with utmost integrity.

Support CXOs in HR matters such as appraisals, PIP processes, and organisational restructuring.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM (preferred) or equivalent Masters degree in Management/Business/Strategy.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional academic or leadership track record can apply.
• Prior internship or exposure in consulting, strategy, defence-tech, or startup ecosystem is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
• Strong coordination and multitasking capability.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, project management and reporting tools.
