About the Role

We are a well-established player in the lubricant industry with over two decades of market experience across India. We are seeking a Management Trainee in Trichy to support local marketing coordination and lead a structured market-mapping project in the city.

Key Objectives

• Analyze the market share of public and private lubricant brands operating in Trichy.
• Document LPG usage patterns across commercial establishments (hotels, bakeries, restaurants, small industries, etc.).
• Assist with local marketing coordination, including dealer visits, data collection, and competitor profiling.
• Develop and maintain a market intelligence report to guide future expansion and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic field surveys across various sectors in Trichy.
• Collect and compile data on brand penetration, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Liaise with retailers, distributors, and commercial gas users.
• Present findings and actionable insights to the regional management team.
• Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns as required.

Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDM student or recent graduate (Marketing specialization preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently on field assignments.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English.
• Familiarity with Trichy and nearby areas is an advantage.

Engagement & Compensation

• Duration: 2–3 months (extendable or convertible to full-time based on performance).
• Stipend: As per industry norms.
• Certification: Certificate of Completion and recommendation upon successful execution.
