Job Description

  • To support the development, enablement, and expansion of Accops global partner ecosystem by assisting in strategic planning, partner onboarding, operations, and marketing initiatives.
  • This is a high-growth opportunity for someone interested in building a career in channel sales, partner strategy, and ecosystem management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in onboarding and profiling of new channel partners
  • Coordinate and track partner training, certifications, and enablement sessions
  • Support partner engagement programs, including webinars, partner meets, and incentives
  • Research and map channel ecosystem trends, competitor partner programs, and best practices
  • Maintain partner data, dashboards, and performance trackers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
  • Support the creation of GTM plans and strategic presentations for partner growth
Soft Skills Required

  • Analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Senior Account Manager / Account Director ( West)
Functional Skills Required
Mandatory:
  • Cyber Security Know how.
  • CASB, ZTNA, SSL VPN, VDI, WVD, DaaS, and Cloud know-how.
  • Should be able to design, develop and implement a Business Development Strategy for local and/or international market.
  • Adept at account management and relationship building resulting in achieving the revenue target annually.
  • Should have a customer first approach.
  • Should demonstrate strong leadership skills and team handling skills. Also, should be able to attract, develop and retain high-performing team members.
  • Knowledge of IT Services (especially Virtualization Domain) and the ability to articulate the business value of those services.
  • Generated business leads to achieve short and long-term revenue and profit growth.
  • Should have developed and maintained an opportunity pipeline.
  • Ability to present sales proposals and uncover/resolve any concerns or objections.
  • Knowledge of and ability to utilize customer profiles and information.
Good to have:
  • An enterprise-level sales experience in similar domain.
  • Few OEM certifications in the Security Area or the Cloud.

  • Spearhead the entire Sales department i.e. Manage the overall Business Development process of sales.
  • In depth sales knowledge of Accops solutions and products.
  • Establish relationships with global, national and local management consulting firms.
  • Train and mentor new joiners.
  • Set up a team of high performing individuals and hone their sales skills.
  • Respond strategically in customer settings,listen and determine client s business needs.
  • Establish relationships with global, national and local management consulting firms..
  • Leading and collaborating pre-sales efforts to define technical solutions, assist with Statements of Work and deliver proposals.
  • Demonstrate sales presentation skills.
  • Open to travelling for business.
