We are seeking a proactive and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing tech team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern web technologies and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy new features using Next.js, Node.js, and Express Maintain and optimize existing codebase for performance and scalability Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom APIs to enhance product capabilities Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes including daily stand-ups and sprint planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality solutions Required Skills & Qualifications 1–4 years of professional experience in full-stack development Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Bonus Skills Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor Exposure to AI technologies and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.) What We Offer A collaborative and inclusive work culture Opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies Flexible work environment and career growth support Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Full-stack development: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/09/2025
