Job Title: Relationship Manager – Personal Loan (PL)

Compensation: Up to ₹20,000/month + Incentives

Role Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager – Personal Loans (PL) who will assist the Sales Manager in sourcing personal loan leads, customer handling, and end-to-end process management.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert customers for Personal Loans.

• Guide customers throughout the loan process.

• Coordinate with lenders to ensure faster approvals.

• Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.

• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

• Support the Sales Manager in overall team targets.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in personal loan sales/DSA/banking/NBFCs.

• Strong communication in English & Malayalam (mandatory).

• Customer-oriented with a target-driven approach.

• Basic knowledge of loan documentation & Excel preferred.
