About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager – Digital Lending to drive business partnerships and growth. The role focuses on lender partnership management, B2B relationship building, and supporting marketing & operations initiatives, with significant exposure to the fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders.
  • Manage B2B business development activities with fintech/edutech/tech-based companies.
  • Schedule and conduct lender/partner meetings to strengthen business relationships.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to implement growth strategies.
  • Track lender dashboards, analyse performance data, and prepare reports using MS Excel. • Support business campaigns, lender onboarding, and client engagement activities

•Travel for lender meetings, business development, and market expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales/partnerships in fintech, EdTech, or tech based companies.
  • Prior exposure to lender partnership handling is preferred.
  • Strong MS Excel skills for reporting and data tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (mandatory).
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as part of business expansion.

  • Fixed package: Up to ₹4 LPA

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
