Job Objective: We are looking for a result-oriented and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and expand our EV Charging Station (EVCS) and Solar Project sales across Kerala and neighbouring regions. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in B2B/B2C technical sales, site visit coordination, target achievement, and market development in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Execution · Develop and implement regional sales strategies for EV Charging and Solar Projects · Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals · Expand business through direct client acquisition, channel development, and dealership partnerships 2. Lead Management & Client Handling · Identify, generate, and follow up on B2B/B2C leads via field visits, online platforms, and referrals · Conduct regular site visits , client inspections, and project feasibility assessments · Attend client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and tender discussions 3. Team Leadership · Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team · Train junior staff to improve their technical and sales capability · Support field executives and coordinate team schedules and site visits 4.
