HR Intern

Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our talent acquisition, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations in a fast-paced fintech environment, with performance-based incentives for high-impact contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and optimizing job descriptions across departments
• Support candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Contribute to onboarding documentation and process improvement
• Collaborate on employer branding content for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Help organize internal engagement and learning initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR documentation and confidentiality standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication skills in English; Malayalam/Hindi/Tamil is a plus
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn tools
• Interest in fintech, digital transformation, and startup culture
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
