Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Management Trainee for an on-site role at our Dahej facility. The responsibilities include learning and assisting with various business functions, supporting operations with a focus on production processes, and contributing to the overall optimization of workflows and system efficiency. The Management Trainee will gain hands-on experience under the guidance of seasoned professionals and participate in projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams across various departments.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, and process optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and adapt to new challenges quickly.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and familiarity with data management systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Prior internship or work experience in manufacturing or production settings is preferable but not mandatory.
