Management Trainee 2025 – General Management Track

We are looking for bright young minds who can join us in the General Management Track of the Management Trainee Program 2025.General Management at L'Oréal includes the functions of Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital, etc.You will undergo a stint-wise rotational learning program to gain hands-on experience of the beauty business.These stints will provide you exposure to our consumer division, professional division, luxury division and other corporate functions. You will be exposed to different aspects of the above mentioned functions of FMCG and BeautyTech so as to groom you to be a future leader at L’Oréal.The stints could be in different parts of India to provide you with business understanding on challenges and opportunities while you work with a strong mentor.

Internal And External Interactions

The role requires regular interaction with the internal stakeholders such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Digital etc and external interaction with vendors.

Physical Demands (e.g. % travel):

We expect Management Trainees to be mobile. Travel will be need based for this role.
