Responsibilities
.Manage and oversee end-to-end UK payroll operations - ensuring accurate and timely processing for all employees.Validate payroll data including new starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions.Ensure correct calculation of PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory payments (SMP, SSP, SPP, etc.)..Review and reconcile payroll output to maintain accuracy prior to approvals and disbursement.Ensure payroll processes fully comply with HMRC regulations, RTI reporting, and UK employment law.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax codes, auto-enrolment pensions, and statutory legislation changes.Support internal and external payroll audits by providing documentation and analysis.Guarantee compliance with GDPR and company data protection policiesQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications.Any Bachelor's degree, Post Graduation or Commerce (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Good understanding of employment law and tax regulations and the application to payroll procedures.SAP ECC 6 system payroll data entry and reporting, Workday, UKG, Country Vendor Tools etc..Fast and accurate data entry, with excellent attention to detail.To manage priorities while working to sensitive payroll deadlines and collaborate at all levels across the business.Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, v-look up).Some understanding of Payroll Accounting practices and procedures
