Job Title: Management Trainee – Sales Profile Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals for the role of Management Trainee in our Sales Department. Key Responsibilities: Learn and understand the organization’s sales processes, products, and services. Assist the sales team in daily operations and client interactions. Participate actively in training sessions and skill development programs. Training Program: Duration: 6 months The organization will provide extensive training during this period to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful sales career. Salary: During training, a fixed salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 will be provided (based on experience and performance). Promotion & Growth: Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be promoted to the role of Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager, you will take on greater responsibilities, lead a team, and contribute significantly to the organization’s sales objectives.
