Job Summary

We are looking for a persuasive, empathetic, and knowledgeable

Legal Consultant

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a legal background and experience in client-facing roles. The primary responsibility is to take inbound calls from prospective clients, assess their immigration needs, and convert inquiries into active cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from potential clients seeking immigration assistance (e.g., green cards, work visas, spousal petitions).
  • Conduct initial eligibility assessments and communicate the value of our legal services clearly and confidently.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients, answering their legal questions with empathy and accuracy.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients by explaining service packages, timelines, and legal support processes.
  • Coordinate with legal operations and case managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, notes, and follow-ups using CRM and case management tools.
  • Stay updated on U.S. immigration policies to provide current, relevant guidance.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to share insights from calls and improve conversion strategies.

Qualifications

  • Law degree (J.D. or LLB) or equivalent; bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction is a plus but not mandatory.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in immigration law or consulting, especially in a client-facing or sales role.
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills – ability to simplify legal concepts and build client trust.
  • Familiarity with USCIS processes and common forms (I-130, I-485, I-765, etc.).
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and legal case management tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
