Legal Consultant

• In-depth knowledge of conveyancing, contracts management, contract drafting, lease abstraction, lease management.
• Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks in transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client expectations throughout the contracts management process.
• Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Updating daily, monthly reports and trackers.
• Ability to work independently and ability to multitask.

• Graduate in Law (Bachelors in law / Masters in law)
• Conveyancing knowledge and experience of handling real estate contracts
• Knowledge in contracts management, drafting, lease abstraction, lease management

Technical:

• Hands-on experience with tools like SAP, Salesforce, Docusign, Adobesign
• Expertise in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience in drafting vendor and customer facing contracts

Behavioral:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Should be willing to accept challenges
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• 2-10 years of experience in conveyancing area/real estate contracts
