Job Description

Position: Relationship Manager

Mode- 100% Remote

Compensation: UPTO 35k Per Month

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Shift - 5:30 am to 2:30 pm EST(8 Hours working + 1 hour break)

Years of Experience: 2-5

Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive to handle daily client calls, address concerns, provide updates, and support lead generation. This role acts as a link between clients and caseworkers, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication.

Roles And Responsibilities

Calling the existing clients for updates and review if they are happy with our services.
Address any grievances or issues that clients might have and provide them with solution
Taking new references and generating leads from the existing clients
Playing the role of an intermediary between case worker and the client.
Pacifying the angry clients and addressing their concerns by giving them necessary updates
Helping them know about their upcoming hearings and helping them connect with the right person (caseworker or the attorney)
Doing 70 to 80 calls everyday
The Firm may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the Service Provider’s work and other general duties related to the growth of the firm.
