Job Title: Digital Marketing Expert

Mode: 100% Remote

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST (8 Hours working + 1-hour break) / 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST

Compensation: ₹60,000 per month/700 USD Per Month

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Experience: 4-6 years

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced

Digital Marketing Specialist

to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, generating quality leads, and supporting overall business growth. The ideal candidate must have

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct A/B testing and ensure continuous performance improvement based on KPIs.
  • Run and manage multiple ads for multiple platforms simultaneously.

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute organic and paid strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Drive brand visibility and engagement through legal content, blogs, and case studies.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Collaborate with the SEO team to improve organic rankings and SERP visibility.
  • Identify and target high-intent keywords relevant to legal services.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and ROI-focused reports.

Public Relations & Content

  • Coordinate with PR agencies for media coverage, press releases, and feature placements.
  • Align digital campaigns with PR calendars and firm achievements.
  • Strategize and implement organic lead generation techniques, including gated content, email workflows, lead magnets, and SEO-optimized blogs.

Innovation & Leadership

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Recommend strategic shifts based on insights and industry dynamics.
  • Take proactive leadership initiatives without fail from day one.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and content marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Email Marketing, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (including paid ads).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead digital initiatives.
