GRAPHIC DESIGNER Job Description We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, bringing fresh, innovative concepts to life across various platforms and media. Will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that align with our brand’s identity and resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, banners, and social media content in line with the brand’s guidelines. Create graphics and layouts for digital platforms, including social media, and online ads. Work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute brand-specific designs. Produce high-quality images, designs, and branding assets, maintaining consistency across all channels. Edit and optimize designs for various media, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness for web and print formats. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality output. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and design requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve design work. Ensure designs align with company branding guidelines and deliver a consistent brand experience. Skills and Qualifications: Proven minimum 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Attention to detail and creativity with a strong focus on visual storytelling. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
