Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Salon Manager and Assistant Manager based in Coimbatore. The selected candidates will oversee daily salon operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff scheduling, and supervise salon cleanliness and hygiene. Other responsibilities include hiring and training employees, addressing client concerns, promoting salon services, and ensuring that all beauty services meet established standards. Managers will also implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients and staff.
• Experience in Hiring and training team members to maintain a high-performing workforce.
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities to manage staff and ensure seamless salon operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of salon management software and familiarity with sanitation and safety regulations is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
