Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our digital initiatives and manage a performance-oriented marketing team. This role is crucial for enhancing our digital presence, generating high-quality leads, and driving measurable business growth in the
US legal services sector
.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in
performance marketing
, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience in
US-based digital campaigns
. Prior team management and leadership experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn
- Perform A/B testing, track KPIs, and continuously refine campaign strategies to boost ROI
- Work with creative teams to produce ad creatives and landing pages that convert
Social Media Strategy
- Build and manage organic and paid strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Promote the brand through legal blogs, case studies, and industry-relevant content
- Enhance engagement and audience growth in the US legal segment
SEO & Website Optimization
- Collaborate with SEO experts to improve organic rankings, technical SEO, and content visibility
- Identify high-intent keywords and optimize content to attract and retain legal clients
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and others to monitor performance
- Generate and present weekly/monthly marketing dashboards and ROI-driven reports
- Analyze data trends and suggest actionable improvements
Email Marketing & Lead Generation
- Create and manage email workflows, lead magnets, and gated content for lead generation
- Run campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools
Public Relations
- Coordinate with PR agencies for press releases, interviews, and media coverage
- Align PR activities with digital marketing milestones and achievements
Managerial Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the digital marketing team across all functions
- Build and implement strategic digital marketing plans aligned with company goals
- Conduct performance reviews, manage workloads, and foster team collaboration
- Make data-backed strategic and operational decisions
- Promote a high-performance, innovative, and accountable team culture
- Ensure all marketing activities align with legal industry standards and brand voice
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Mandatory experience in US digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, digital analytics, and content marketing
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
- Prior experience in managing teams and developing marketing strategies
- Experience in legal services marketing is a strong plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
