Job Summary

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities.

1. Digital Strategy & Brand Building

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies for hygiene and personal care brands.
  • Build strong online brand positioning for womens hygiene and baby care products.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

2. Performance Marketing & Consumer Acquisition

  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn

    .
  • Drive customer acquisition, product trials, and repeat purchases through digital funnels.
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.

3. Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create educational and awareness-based content around menstrual hygiene, maternity care, baby care, and personal hygiene.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing, doctor/mother blogger collaborations, and brand advocacy campaigns.

4. Website, SEO & CRM Management

  • Manage company website, product pages, and landing pages for campaigns and launches.
  • Execute SEO strategies to improve organic reach for hygiene and FMCG keywords.
  • Integrate CRM and marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

5. E-Commerce & Marketplace Marketing

  • Lead digital growth initiatives for

    Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa, and other e-commerce platforms

    .
  • Optimize product listings, A+ content, keywords, ratings, and reviews.
  • Plan promotional campaigns, brand store optimization, and marketplace ads.

6. Analytics, Reporting & Budget Control

  • Track digital KPIs including traffic, engagement, lead generation, sales conversion, and retention.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently with agency and vendor coordination.

7. Cross-Functional & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product development, regulatory, and packaging teams.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and influencers.
  • Guide and mentor internal digital marketing team members.
