The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our water purification solutions, and generating leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. Explain LiwaSpring products and services clearly and persuasively. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM – Odoo). Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for field sales executives. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain call quality and customer engagement standards. Requirements : Female candidates preferred. Minimum educational qualification: Any Degree. Previous telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Malayalam; knowledge of English or Hindi is a plus. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about meeting targets.
