Support learning and development initiatives to enhance onboarding and employee engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or lead role. Proven expertise in managing large-scale hiring and building partnerships with institutions and vendors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
