Job Description

Develop and execute strategic alliances with educational institutions and external partners to build a strong talent pipeline. Lead campus hiring initiatives, including planning, coordination, and execution of recruitment drives. Design and implement effective recruitment strategies and advertising campaigns to attract high-quality candidates. Oversee vendor management and channel partner management to optimize recruitment resources. Manage end-to-end candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes. Support learning and development initiatives to enhance onboarding and employee engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or lead role. Proven expertise in managing large-scale hiring and building partnerships with institutions and vendors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
