About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic HR Executive to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and strengthen our team. The ideal candidate should bring consultancy experience and the ability to handle multiple recruitment profiles effectively. This role involves a blend of recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation & on boarding.
• Develop and maintain effective hiring channels (job portals, LinkedIn, campus hiring, social media, referrals).
• Draft and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Conduct HR interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures.
• Oversee attendance, shift adherence & workplace discipline.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for management.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations & recruitment (after-sales service hiring experience preferred).
• Prior consultancy experience with exposure to hiring for multiple profiles/industries.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and HR processes.
• Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving & conflict-resolution abilities.
