Senior HR Recruiter

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves managing hiring requirements across functions, ensuring timely closures, and contributing to building a strong employer brand. Key Responsibilities Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts. Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and design recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, references, and direct approaches. Manage bulk hiring as well as specialized/niche role recruitment. Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ensure timely reporting. Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring. Contribute to employer branding initiatives (career page, LinkedIn posts, hiring campaigns). Ensure adherence to hiring policies, processes, and diversity initiatives. Support and mentor junior recruiters when required. Key Skills & CompetenciesProven experience in end-to-end recruitment (3+ years). Hands-on knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, etc.). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting. Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (corporate / NGO / consulting background).
