Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates. 4. Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates. 5. Counseling candidates and preparing them for job roles. 6. Maintaining and updating the recruitment database. 7. Conducting market research and building a talent pool. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Graduate or Post Graduate degree (preferably HR/MBA-HR). 2. 2-10 years of experience in a Placement Consultant or Recruitment Agency. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4.
