Designation: Business Development Associate Workplace Type: In-Office Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Entry-level CTC: 3 TO 6 Lakh / Year Work Experience: 0 – 2 years Overview We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate to drive sales and growth initiatives at TestSeriesPro. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our test preparation products and services to educational institutions and students. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and in-person outreach. Pitch TestSeriesPro offerings to potential clients and close sales deals. Conduct product demos and presentations for students, parents, and educational institutions. Maintain and grow client relationships by providing ongoing support and solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns. Track and report daily/weekly sales metrics and performance against targets. Maintain a CRM to document and manage the sales pipeline. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance service offerings. Visit colleges, coaching centers, and schools for in-person marketing and tie-ups. Participate in campus drives to represent and promote the TSP app. Assist in negotiating and closing partnership agreements with institutions. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 0 – 2 years of sales or business development experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events. Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of edtech products and the education industry is a plus.
