Position: Senior HR Manager Location: Nangloi, Naresh Park Extension Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director / General Manager Role Overview:The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the manufacturing environment. The role involves talent acquisition, compliance with labor laws, employee engagement, training & development, and ensuring a safe, motivated, and productive workforce. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and corporate roles. Ensure timely hiring of skilled manpower for production and operations. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive workplace culture with transparent communication. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters. Plan employee welfare activities and engagement initiatives. Compliance & Legal Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, etc.). Maintain employee records and ensure timely submission of statutory returns. Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external consultants. Performance Management Implement performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI based). Monitor employee performance and recommend training interventions. Support continuous improvement of workforce productivity. Training & Development Conduct training needs analysis for factory and office staff. Organize skill development programs, safety training, and leadership development. Build succession plans for critical roles. Health, Safety & Work Environment Oversee workplace health and safety policies. Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards. Promote employee well-being and accident prevention measures. HR Policies & Systems Develop and update HR policies in line with company goals. Implement HRMS/attendance systems for accuracy and efficiency. Drive digital HR initiatives for seamless operations. Qualifications & Skills: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent. 10 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing/industrial setup). Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory rules, and statutory compliance. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
