Remote and GitHub Management: · Manage and maintain GitHub repositories. · Implement and enforce version control best practices. · Manage branches, pull requests, and code merges. · Setup and manage CI/CD pipelines. · Provide technical support and guidance to remote employees. Hardware and Software Support: · Provide technical support to remote employees, resolving hardware and software issues within 1-3 days. · Troubleshoot and repair computer systems, peripherals, and network devices as and when ticket is raised. · Manage software installations, updates, and licenses. · Configure and maintain remote access tools and VPNs. Server Management: · Install, configure, and maintain servers (2012 and above/Windows). Network Administration: · Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all IT systems and procedures.
