WordPress Web Designer

As a Web & WordPress Designer at OMR India Outsources Pvt. Ltd. in Agra, you will use your creativity and attention to detail to craft visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Your main focus will be on bringing ideas to life by implementing clean UI/UX designs, responsive layouts, and customizing WordPress elements. Your responsibilities will include designing modern and responsive websites using WordPress and other relevant web technologies. You will be expected to customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements, create mockups, wireframes, and design prototypes, and ensure that websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile-friendliness. Collaboration with content, marketing, and development teams will be crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating existing websites on a regular basis. To excel in this position, you should have proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress, along with strong experience in using tools like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar website builders. A solid understanding of UI/UX principles, as well as knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop and Figma, will be essential. You should also possess the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues independently, along with basic SEO and performance optimization skills. This is a full-time position with day shift scheduling and the potential for performance bonuses.
