Role Overview: As a Web & WordPress Designer at OMR India Outsources Pvt. Ltd. in Agra, you will utilize your creativity and attention to detail to develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Your primary focus will be on translating ideas into reality through the implementation of clean UI/UX designs, responsive layouts, and customization of WordPress elements. Key Responsibilities: - Design modern and responsive websites using WordPress and other relevant web technologies. - Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements. - Create mockups, wireframes, and design prototypes to visualize website concepts. - Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile-friendliness. - Collaborate effectively with content, marketing, and development teams. - Maintain and update existing websites regularly. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. - Strong experience with tools like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar website builders. - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles. - Knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop and Figma. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues independently. - Basic SEO and performance optimization skills. Additional Details: This is a full-time position with day shift scheduling and the potential for performance bonuses. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Agra, Uttar Pradesh, for in-person work.,
