Senior HR Manager

  Job Title: Senior HR Manager Location: Dwarka Sector 15, New Delhi Company: Cloudology Kitchenlabs Pvt. Ltd. Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience) Experience Required: 6 to 8 years in HR (Generalist Role) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM About the Role Cloudology Kitchenlabs Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a proactive and experienced Senior HR Manager to independently manage 360° HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of HR best practices and a proven track record in handling both recruitment (50%) and HR operations (50%) efficiently. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (50%) Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments (sales, warehouse, kitchen, accounts, logistics, etc.) Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and issue offer letters Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and data sheets Build a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future needs HR Operations & Compliance (50%) Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll inputs and reconciliation Handle full PF & ESI operations — employee registration, challans, monthly filings, and compliance Ensure adherence to all statutory laws including labor laws, Shops & Establishment Act, etc. Lead the performance management cycle (goal setting, appraisal, feedback) Address employee grievances, ensure disciplinary processes when needed Drive employee engagement, policy implementation, and HR audits Key Skills & Requirements 12 to 15 years of solid experience in recruitment and generalist HR functions Strong understanding of PF, ESI, compliance, and labor regulations Proficiency in HRMS, Excel, documentation, and government portals (EPFO/ESIC) Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setup Preferred Candidate Residing in or around Dwarka, Delhi Immediate or short notice joiners preferred Experience in handling multi-department teams is a plus Benefits: ·      Provident Fund (PF) ·      Employee State Insurance (ESI) ·      Paid Leave as per company policy
