Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for factory and office roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain manpower planning and support management in workforce forecasting.

2. Attendance & Payroll Management

  • Monitor daily attendance, overtime, and leave records of workers and staff.
  • Provide attendance data for payroll processing accurately and on time.
  • Support in wage administration for factory workers.

3. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and liaise with government authorities when required.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee grievances at factory/shop-floor level.
  • Conduct employee welfare activities, training sessions, and motivational programs.
  • Support management in disciplinary procedures as per company policy.

5. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Maintain HR metrics like attrition rate, absenteeism, productivity, etc.

6. Administration Support

  • Maintain employee files, HRMS data, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in audits (internal and external) related to HR and compliance.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of HR functions and labor laws specific to manufacturing/garment industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle worker-related issues tactfully and confidentially.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing/garment sector).
  • Knowledge of factory labor compliance will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
