Job Location:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Senior HR Executive, primarily based in Tiruppur. The Senior HR Executive will oversee the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. Responsibilities will also include developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with local and international labour laws, managing employee benefits and payroll, and fostering a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the leadership team in building structured processes to enhance efficiency and accountability across departments.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring standardized templates, reports, and follow-up mechanisms.
  • Organize and facilitate review meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually).
  • Prepare minutes of meeting (MoM), circulate action points, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Track departmental and individual commitments to ensure progress and closure.
  • Assist departments in setting, tracking, and reviewing short-term and long-term goals.
  • Maintain goal progress dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Create professional presentations and performance review decks for management meetings.
  • Provide insights and highlight key trends for decision-making.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities as required.
  • Maintain employee records, compliance documentation, and HR-related reports.
  • Act as a central communication point between management and teams.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed with attention to quality.

Key Qualification, Skills & Attributes:

  • MBA.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the same industry or relevant field.
  • Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process.
  • Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Good organizational and coordination skills with a system-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of compliance, labour laws, and HR policies
  • Proficiency in managing employee benefits and payroll
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and follow ups.
  • Proactive attitude with problem solving abilities.
