Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Indore (On-site)
Experience: 5–6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. The role requires strong hands-on HR experience and the ability to independently handle HR functions while partnering with business stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  • Source, screen, interview, and close positions within defined TAT
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring dashboards

Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Handle confirmation, role changes, exits, and offboarding processes

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance documentation is up to date

Employee Engagement & Performance

  • Support performance management processes (KRA/KPI, appraisals)
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR communication
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolutions

Policy & Process Management

  • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Support HR process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and culture

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
  • 5–6 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in mid-sized organizations
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws
  • Experience handling payroll coordination and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HR MIS, and HR systems
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders
