ERP Manager (Microsoft Business Central)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ERP Manager to oversee the implementation, customization, and ongoing management of Microsoft Business Central ERP for our Garment Manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent MIS/reporting skills, and hands-on experience in managing ERP projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Business Central ERP system.
• Collaborate with department heads (Production, Merchandising, Finance, Stores, HR, etc.) to understand process needs and ensure smooth ERP integration.
• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS dashboards, reports, and analytics for management decision-making.
• Train and support internal teams on ERP usage and best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with company policies.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues, coordinate with vendors/partners for support and upgrades.
• Drive continuous process improvement through ERP functionalities.
• Integrate ERP with other business tools/software where needed.

Key Skills Required:

• Microsoft Business Central ERP project management and administration.
• Strong MIS and Microsoft Office/Excel (Advanced) skills.
• Understanding of Garment Manufacturing operations – Production, Inventory, Merchandising, and Finance modules.
• Data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting automation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling ERP systems, with at least 1–2 full-cycle implementations in Microsoft Business Central / NAV.
• Experience in Garment / Textile / Apparel Manufacturing industry preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
