Job Description

1. Administrative & Secretarial Support

  • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the Director.

2. Coordination & Liaison

  • Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with production, merchandising, finance, and HR departments for timely updates and reporting.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and commitments on behalf of the Director.

3. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain records, confidential files, and key company documents.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and project timelines.

4. Business Support

  • Support Director in client/vendor meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Help in preparing business proposals, quotations, and other commercial documents.
  • Conduct research and provide background information for decision-making.

5. Travel & Logistics

  • Handle travel arrangements – bookings, visas, itineraries, accommodation.
  • Manage expense reports and reimbursements.

6. Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality for sensitive company and personal information.
  • Ensure professionalism and discretion in handling matters of the Director’s office.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), emails, and business communication tools.
  • Ability to draft business letters, emails, and reports independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments and with external partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (preferably in manufacturing or garment industry).
  • Experience in handling high-level executives and confidential matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
