Job Title: Personal Assistant Family Office

Overview of Position:

Personal Assistant – Family Office

Key Responsibilities:

Travel & Logistics

• Domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, visa’s transport) for Directors and Family.
• Calendar and itinerary management.

Household & Family Support

• Oversee parent care and household staff coordination (India).
• Manage household maintenance and vendor relations.
• Oversee Family logistics (UK).

Financial & Administrative Support

• Track rentals, personal finances, and expenses as directed by Director
• Process bill payments and staff salary disbursements
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with service providers

Property Oversight

• Coordinate global property and estate maintenance.
• Schedule inspections, repairs, and renewals and other task around the property Management.

Requirements

• Experience in personal assistance, administration, or operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication in English, Marathi and Hindi
• Tech-savvy: familiar with apps, online bookings, and spreadsheets
• High level of discretion and professionalism

Qualifications and Skills required:

• Any bachelor’s degree with Accounts Diploma.
• Prior experience in a family office or executive support role.
• Basic understanding of financial tracking and accounting.
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
