Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly dedicated and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Manufacturing Head. The candidate will be staying with the Manufacturing Head for seamless coordination and support in daily tasks. This role is ideal for a fresher who is eager to learn, grow, and take responsibility in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Manufacturing Head in day-to-day activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Draft Minutes of Meeting (MOM), prepare notes, and circulate them to relevant team members.
• Manage follow-ups on ongoing projects with different teams and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for updates, task tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments.
• Support in preparing reports, presentations, and basic documentation.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Accompany the Manufacturing Head during plant visits, meetings, and official travel (if required).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Professional behaviour, punctuality, and positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidate preferred.
• Graduate / MBA (any specialization).
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Should be comfortable staying with the Manufacturing Head for efficient coordination and support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
