Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and direct them appropriately. Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails. Maintain the visitor logbook and coordinate visitor arrangements. Handle couriers, mail distribution, and stationery inventory. Support administrative and facility-related tasks such as meeting room bookings, housekeeping coordination, and office upkeep. Assist HR/Admin with documentation, filing, and employee support functions. Maintain records and reports as required. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
