The Personal Assistant will support executives by managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication. Daily responsibilities include maintaining diaries, coordinating events, taking notes, drafting correspondence, and handling clerical duties. The role requires close collaboration with different teams and functions within the organization, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management. Qualifications Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management Solid Clerical Skills, including organizing and maintaining documentation Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field (preferred) Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
