Key Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Low Code/No-Code and IT domain hiring. • Proven track record of successfully hiring for global roles across India, the Middle East, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and the US. • Proven skills in closing the open positions with less Turn Around Time. • In-depth understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and market trends in the tech industry. • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment across multiple time zones. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and remote hiring tools.
