Senior HR Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Executive based in Coimbatore. The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including overseeing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting regular HR audits, managing employee performance, and facilitating training and development programs. The Senior HR Executive will also be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong capabilities in managing Employee Relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR roles
• Experience in the manufacturing or service industry is a plus
