Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, job posting & advertising, and headhunting. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments and levels
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications, fitment, and interest
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
  • Draft and publish job postings on various platforms and manage recruitment advertising campaigns
  • Perform active headhunting for niche roles and leadership positions
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in onboarding processes and documentation when required

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Local candidates preferred for ease of coordination and in-office requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Strong networking skills and understanding of the local talent market

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
